I have no clue whatsoever… xD

How do you do the signature/banner at the bottom of your posts?

Go to the discussion forums home, then scroll all the way down, where it says change your signature. Add an image like you would to a normal message (with the image address). You will have to use CubeUpload or another whitelisted service.

Where do I go to submit an art request? Is it like a Scratch studio that I can go to and comment on, or do I just request here? Sorry if I'm doing this wrong, this is my first time posting in the forums

You fill out a form found on the front page, then post it here. Hope this helps
