-Time it took to finish order: Five days, and the artist even said he was busy at the time
-Happiness with product on a scale from 1 to 100: 95% happiness
-Rate the employees: Professional, polite, and very nice to me
-Additional notes: Keep doing what you're doing, and the TrueNorth Shop will become a complete success!
