Shops

1. If you want to be partnered to our shop, you should have: 1 pending or done order, and be at least 2 days old.
2. We and your shop have the right to ask for orders to be transferred, if there are any cases that require us or you to transfer orders.
2.1 There may be special requirements for the order to be transferred, in cases such as when the staff that took the order is inactive, or the order is unable to be completed in any way. These include (but not limited to): How old the order is, and if the description is vague.


Staff

1. The special code word for the staff form is yellow.
2. Staff have the right to refuse orders without permission from higher authorities.
2.1 The situations where a staff can refuse orders without having permission include(but not limited to): The description being vague, etc.
3. Staff need to get permission before refusing an order.
4. Please show respect towards other staff and customers.

Customers

1. Customers cannot post orders for something that is unobtainable, unachieveable, or against the ToS in any way.
2. Staff have the right to refuse orders if they are against the ToS and/or have a vague description.
3. Please show respect towards staff and other customers.
