Forumoji: Forum-style unicode emojis!

I feel like there should be an extension that adds sections to the emoji tab like it is with the block tab and add all of the emojis from here to it

Nice, I'll go ahead and add these.

If we're updating the optical disc emoji, we should probably do the DVD emoji as well.
It's basically the same emoji but yellow, so that's easy enough.

That shouldn't be a problem. I updated the master list to Emoji 15.0 back in January, so everything should be there.

Should we drop Cubeupload from README.md?
@mybearworld moved everything over to assets a few months ago, and it seems to be more reliable for most people.

This is going to be a bit difficult for people not using nono word, although the images can just be converted by people who do.
