Nope, Paddle was just letting us know about the history of bots on Scratch.

I'm going to make the official call now - Proceed with development and release of the bot as normal.
If anything is to happen, the ST will just delete the bot. Hopefully before then we can reason with them and get them to understand its purpose. If it ends up breaking some obscure rule I don't know about, I'll take 100% responsibility for the whole project, since I'm the creator.

They're probably going to say the same thing they said here when I was in the brainstorming phase of creating a bot. The ST just doesn't like anything they can't control. We all knew it would never get approved.
