Development group I run (everywhere off scratch I go by bremea). We run a lot of services that require accounts, so we're working on merging all accounts across all of our serviced into one integrated sign up system.

Think about it like using your Google account on YouTube, Gmail, GDrive, etc. With one Google account you can use all of Google's services.

The site will resemble the main Scratch site as much as possible.

I'm still waiting from a response to an email I sent to the ST a while ago. The project will remain on hold until they've responded.

Well BGMead is inactive and I'm pretty sure this was not approved by the ST (like deliberately disapproved), so yeah…pretty much.

We were planning to do it all on an external website which I was working on but kind of forgot about because it was denied to work on the forums as the ST kind of misunderstood what we were planning, and as you said BGMead is inactive. But not on Github… I might see if it could still happening, as we do need BGMead's hosting (or Glitch, but we don't want loading). I am working on something very similar to this for my shop, so once I finish that I might be able to adapt it for this.
But chances are, it's not going to happen
