Only the bump banner should only be used by bod members, the Activity Checks and Announcements by Milkysplash (Or whoever is in charge) however, any partner, or federation can use our main banner and also for advertisement.

^ This is our BUMP banner, use it when bumping the shop. All workers, apart from bod members, cannot bump. This is to ensure that we don't get bump spam.

Rules

1 - General
1.1. You will not spam in any way customer, past worker or worker.
1.2. Do not BUMP unless you are a BoD member.
1.3. Be polite at all times, and try not to be mean. (Because sometimes things can come off rude)
1.4. Follow ALL general rules at all times.

2 - Orders
2.1. Your order can't be claimed IMMEDIATELY. Do not spam your order, or it will not be claimed.
2.2. All customers (even if you work here) who ordered must give credit to both Milky way thumbnails and the worker who took your order, in the following format: Thanks to (worker) at Milky Way Thumbnails for the thumbnail!
2.3. All orders must have a deadline of at least 1 week away.
2.4. All customers must fill out the order form or it will not be taken.
2.5. If the deadline is ‘asap’ you cannot complain if the order is late. If you want it by a certain date, put a deadline. If you want it by a specific time as well, state timezone or I'll just assume it is BST.
2.6. We only make /thumbnails and profile banners, nothing else. Although some of our staff can create much more than that, this is just for thumbnails and profile banners, any orders requesting anything else will not be taken.
2.7. The customer codeword is ‘Orion’ include that in your order.

3 - Staff
3.1. All staff must follow the staff standards.
3.2. You will work your way up, from trainee to BoD. Training takes between 1 and 4 weeks to complete. If you get three strikes within that time, you will be fired and have to wait 2 weeks to reapply.
3.3. As a staff member, to prove you have read the rules you must include the codeword ‘Milkdromeda’ in your application.
3.4. If you get three strikes, I will unfortunately have to fire you.
3.5. You must use some form of design program or photo editor. This is so we have QUALITY orders. We will not tolerate anyone who does not use a photo editor or design program. (Drawing programs DO NOT count.)
3.6. All staff must be following the forum.

4 - Applications
4.1. All applications must meet the requirements. If your deigns are good but you do not meet the requirements, you will be rejected and instead of coming back within 2 weeks, you must come back once you meet the requirements AND it has been two weeks since your last application.
4.2. You must be following the forum.
4.3. If you are rejected, do not try to claim orders.

Staff Standards

• Whenever you claim an order quote the post and say ‘Taken!’
  
• Whenever you finish an order, quote the original order post and give the customer their order.
  
• Upload the thumbnail through scratch (No need for the animated thumbnails bookmark). I AM NOT TOLERATING ANY OTHER SITES.
  
• If the order is overdue, apologise.
  
• Include ‘Polaris’ in your application to prove that you have read the staff standards
  
• Notify the customer on both on their profile and in the forum.
  
• Follow the order (including any pictures wanted) description.
  
• All thumbnails must be 480x360 px unless otherwise requested. (For the best resolution.)
