actually no its not but it would require a lot of work along with networking knowledge
also it would be severely limited due to the limitations of cloud variables
also there would have to be people hosting websites so

I am in the coding department and at the moment I am coding a video file type that will run in a renderer that generates every single pixel in the video for every frame. I am pretty experienced at coding and even I do not know how to do this.
