What I want is basically an emulator that starts out with the connecting screen,
then loads up a 90s style browser, which could easily get pages using encoded cloud variables that hold the page data. When a page is requested, it would just decode and parse the cloud data into text that would make up the requested webpage.
That seems rather complex.
It'd basically be a cloud list-operated internet browser.
I am in the coding department and at the moment I am coding a video file type that will run in a renderer that generates every single pixel in the video for every frame. I am pretty experienced at coding and even I do not know how to do this.

I realised that it is a BROWSER. Which is impossible

actually no its not but it would require a lot of work along with networking knowledge
also it would be severely limited due to the limitations of cloud variables
also there would have to be people hosting websites so

It would basically use a cloud list to store each webpage's text and it would render the webpage using the cloud list.
Kind of like this, but with a cloud list instead.

No, that doesn't seem fair. There mightn't be any orders in a worker's department…

I'd like to note then, you can't be one of our partners. You need to have 20 pages

We would probably be able to do this, but it would require a server that's always connected to the cloud and always on, so it may be a bit hard.

Look at Geo's profile. Look at cloud-socket. That's exactly what we need! (Also, if you don't know, I've taken the order now)

Actually, it just requires encoding, decoding, and cloud variables.
