0: Basic Rules

0.1: You must always follow the Community Guidelines.
0.2: You are not allowed to copy this shop exactly, or the copy you make of it will be reported immediately.
0.3: Any attempt to impersonate another postee will result in you being reported.
0.4: Any form of hate, discrimination, or other rude actions will lead to one of the following things: being reported, getting a strike, being fired, getting demoted from the Board of Directors, or being prohibited from ordering, depending on the severity of the violation and your role in the shop.
0.5: Please do not blockspam or spam anything uneccesary.

1: Staff

1.1: Staff must fill out the staff form to join. 1.1.1: Codeword is petal. Include this is in your staff form or it will not be accepted. 1.1.2: Staff must be following the thread, or their application will not be accepted. 1.1.3: Staff must have read through the terms. 1.1.4: Some staff will have to go through our training program first, before they can be accepted as full staff. This staff can still take orders for the store, but they will be required to go through the training program all the way before they can become full staff. The training program can be found here.
1.2: Staff must follow the terms at all times, or they can get a strike or be fired.
1.3: A staff member can get a strike by doing one of the following: Violating a rule in the terms, not responding to an activity check, or not completing an order 1 month or more after the deadline. 1.3.1: A staff member can have a strike taken away if they successfully complete 2 orders before the deadline, or by responding to 3 activity checks in a row. 1.3.2: If a staff member gets 3 strikes, they will be fired.
1.4: To be excused from activity checks and/or votes, a staff member must fill out the leave form.

2: Ordering

2.1: The person ordering must fill out the ordering form correctly to successfully place their order. 2.1.1: The person ordering must include the codeword garden in order to place their order. 2.1.2: If the person ordering attempts to order anything other than art, their order will not be placed.
2.2: Anyone ordering must be respectful to the staff and understand that their order may not be completed immediately and may even be a little bit late, in order to ensure quality.
2.3: If someone ordering breaks rules at any time, they will not be able to place another order, join the staff, or have a shop partnered with us.

3: Partnerships

3.1: To have a chance at becoming a partner of ours, the person applying their shop must fill out the application correctly. 3.1.1: The codeword for partnership applications is friendly flower. Include it in the application or it will not be accepted. 3.1.2: Please, please know that your partnership may not be accepted if we feel that it's not the right fit.
3.2: We can give any of our orders to our partners if we are unable to complete them, and our partners can give us their orders, however, as we are an art shop, they must be art related.
3.3: Once a month, our shop will do Partnership Activity Checks on each of our partners. You must respond to these in the time stated in the post, or the partnership between our two shops with be terminated.
3.4: We are only going to have up to 5 partners at once.
3.5: We will not join any federations.

4: BoD

4.1: To join the BoD, the person applying must be a full staff member.
4.2: If a BoD member gets 2 strikes, they will be demoted from the BoD and the places will move up one.
4.3: Following the resignation or demotion of a BoD member, if there is a full BoD, there will be a vote to replace the lowest spot after the members have moved up.
