Bylaws

1.1 There are 5 statuses:
- Intern
- Staff
- Board member
- Executive Advisor
- Judge
1.2 All inital members shall start at ‘Intern’.
1.2.1 After completing 5 orders and being here for 2 weeks, the Intern may be promoted to Staff.
1.3 Elections for BoD members and judges are held.
2 - THE BOARD
2.0 The Board of Directors shall make policies of the shop.
2.1 The Board shall meet whenever appropriate.
3 - THE EXECUTIVE
3.0 The President of the shop is determined by election every 3 months. @lovecodeabc shall be the initial president.
3.1 The President may delegate advisors to help around as nessasary.
3.2 The president's powers generally.
The president may:
3.2.1 Conduct activity checks
3.2.1(a) The owner, and chairman may conduct activity checks when appropriate.
3.2.1(a)-(1) The advisors may conduct checks with the president's permission.
3.2.2 Administer dicipline (See the Dicipline Code, Sec. 5)
3.2.2(a) The staff may appeal at any time to the Court.
3.2.3 Any policy under the BoD policiies.
4 - THE COURT
4.0 The Judges of the shop are elected every 4 months.
4.1 The staff are entitled to a fair and impartial court.
5 - DICIPLINE
5.0 The members have:
2 Dicipline Points (Interns)
3 Points (Staff & Exec. Advisor)
2 Points (BoD (before being forced off the BoD to regular staff))
3 Points (Judges; before getting disbarred)
5.1 A non-respondal of an activity check is 1 point.
5.2 A spam post is -1.5
