It's not a shop but this has worked in the past with me. Sorry if you found it frustrating though.

The house is how the Diamond Union represents the shops. Please give an ordered list on who you want at the house. E.G

Example Shop has 5 seats available. They have a list like this:
1. James
2. Karen
3. Sally

The 3 names get put on the house list but since they don't have enough representatives to fill the seats, they get 2 overhang seats which are under the control of James.
If their list was like this:
1. James
2. Karen
3. Sally
4. Charlie
5. Alex
6. Zak
7. Harry

Then Zak and Harry would not be in the house as they don't have enough seats available.
