Allow disabling F4F

This is NOT banning F4F, just allowing you to disable it on your profile

Basically a toggle that lets you prevent people from saying stuff like:
* “f4f”
* “follow for follow”
* “if you follow me i'll follow you back”
the words won't be blocked when used in a sentence tho (exception is if it contains want to/wanna/can we/can we do), in case it's not a request to do f4f

“but put it in your about me or wiwo!”
no f4fer reads those.

How often are people getting F4F requests? I don't really get them all that often.

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.

I was a Scratch Team member from May 10th 2019 to October 29th 2021. I reached 20,000 forum posts on June 24th 2024.
