Is there any way to connect a device to Scratch using one of the Lego extensions? If so, what can you do with it?

I guess if you made the device appear over Bluetooth as a LEGO device (which is possible if you have edit permissions to the whole system, or at least the Bluetooth-related parts of it)
The same can be said of every extension that uses Bluetooth to connect to anything.
What can you do with it? Anything. The blocks are data, you can have them do anything you want once connected. Scratch is turing-complete.
