I always see replies from them such as:

I've come to wonder if its just bot replies.

It's always the same generic line about going to contact us, too. I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case.

This isn't a bot; @Paddle2See has some sort of tricks to make it easier to write out (possibly just copy and pasting from a notepad), but these tricks are not automated to my knowledge.

It's a home-grown text-expansion system using Autohotkey and text files

I also use it for SQL queries that I run regularly. It's a great time-saver.
