5.Scratch Watch, as an shop found in Scratch's studios, reserves the right to accepting partners and taking orders. Its owner reserves the right to hire, fire and promote employees as he wishes, as well as to close the shop or move it to another thread.
6.Follow at all times Scratch's Community Guidelines.
7.You must read the whole thumbnail before applying or ordering.
8.If you receive 1 strike, it will be marked with an asterisk (*) on the staff page, so as to be aware, and you will be removed from the manager post in the official studio, if you are one.
9.If you receive 2 strikes, you will be fired from the shop and be asked to leave for 3 weeks. After that, you can reapply (but you have less possibilities of being readmitted).
10.Tell the truth.

15.You must not sue the company.
16.If you do not agree or violate the terms and conditions, you will be fired or no service will be done with you for 3 months.
17.You must read both the studio and forum's and any other relevant official studios, projects, or forums information.
18.You must look when the studio/forum/project was last updated which should be provided at the top to see if the studio/forum/project was last updated.
19.You must always keep up to date with everything.
