Ok. We could do it right now but just remember that all scratchers have lifes and sometimes they can't be on their computer all the time.

sorry this happened, usually people do this because:

1. Your order is too hard. Only the owner can decline orders and orders can only be declined if you filled out the form wrong.

2. Nobody saw your order. Sometimes stuff can get drowned out, even if you bump it. (Did you message the owner directly or on the forums?)

3. Activity can be pretty low during the week, try ordering during the weekend. Basically everyone here has school and I personally don't get home until 2:30, not counting homework + life + most of the stuff humans do. (elementary schoolers get out at 3:45 ). The only reason I can send this or even saw your post at all is bc school got canceled, and even then I still almost missed it because of timezones (it's 9:54am rn).

Sorry about your experience with this shop and I hope that you can find someone to do your order, even if it's in a different shop.

Yes, I completely agree. It was on the forums, and yes, it was drowned out. We were all busy with other, more important stuff in the real life. And no, you cannot change your username. Well, you can, but you can only change the cases if you ask ST.
