Test Scratch Wiki

I have stumbled upon the test scratch wikis, and I want to help! But I have a question, are the test wikis for people who are using scratch in different languages or for people who use scratch in English and just want help with native language.
I am asking this because, when I saw the Bengali test wiki, it was not that good and an average Bengali scratcher would have difficulty understanding those.
