First Impression 5/10
I first thought that this was a small, unprofessional shop because you put your example work first, Example work isn't the most important thing, so it shouldn't be the front page. Instead, maybe have it be the 3rd or 4th page. The layout is really well organized and neat, and I like that. Maybe have a list of employees or an intro text as the first page instead.

Organization 10/10
This is a pretty neatly organized shop in my opinion. It has everything it needs, and it's easy to find. You don't have to scroll endlessly, searching for info. The shop is really well laid out and easy to read.

Design 7/10
The design could use some improvement. It is kind of generic, and isn't unique to the shop. It could use some shop colors. You may also want to have some more bold/big text.

Improvement Suggestions
Stop using Shinies. Some people aren't comfortable with currencies, and they are discouraged. Having a currency will cause you to lose buisiness quickly.

Overall rating: 8/10
This is a really great shop, but the currency should be removed, the design improved, and the first impression as well. Other than that, it's practically perfect.

This was my first review, so I am deeply sorry if I'm bad at this. Feel free to complain about anything you disagree with, because this is something I'm new at.
