Other reviews have resulted in unreasonable backlash from staff or shop owners because their shop was underperforming and I hope this does not happen this time around.

“Unreasonable”? You are not rating a shop you are just highlighting the critical flaws. And you should assist the shop right? The federation is called “Scratch Shop Reviews and Assistance Federation” but suggesting to change the banner because it's eyesore (I know that it's eyesore I even wanted to change the banner) it's criticizing you are not helping!

And I don't want that this become an “unreasonable backlash” but I'm just highlight your federation's critical flaws
