Customers

⚬ When you are ordering a product/ package try to be as clear as possible
⚬ Don't rush the employees, they are doing their best
⚬ Never spam the thread
⚬ Always give credit to the person who did your product/package Scratch Community Guidelines

Staff

⚬ Do not continuously spam/bump the post, if you do you will receive 1 strike
⚬ Stay respectful and professional at all times, if you don't you will receive 1 strike
⚬ NEVER disrespect anyone for their gender, race, age, looks or sexuality, if you do then you will receive 3 strikes and will not be welcomed back any time before 2 weeks
⚬ Never order anything against the Scratch Community Guidelines
⚬ Never take an order against the
⚬ When you are taking a leave please try to fill out a vacation form, I know this is not always possible but if you do not notify anyone then you will receive 1 strike
⚬ Always respond to activity checks unless you are on leave, if you don't you will receive 1 strike
⚬ If you receive 2 strikes then you will be removed from any BoD role you may have
⚬ If you receive 3 strikes then you will be asked to leave, you may re-apply after 2 weeks
