I mean rainbow is already being used alot so have something to differentiate them. Why not?they're completely different, so why rainbowBecause there is a large intersection between autistic people and the lgbtq+ people, the lgbtq+ club at my school and the neurodivergent club are indistinguishable. why rainbow
not that there's anything wrong with rainbow, just I don't get why it's the color

there's no correlation between autism and lgbtq+ edit to remove potential cause for argument35% of autistic people is lgbtq+…….I may be wrong but I’m pretty sure it’s not rainbow because of lgbtq. It just.. is.Because there is a large intersection between autistic people and the lgbtq+ people, the lgbtq+ club at my school and the neurodivergent club are indistinguishable. why rainbow
If it is though, I’m not a fan of that as a probably neurodivergent Muslim because I don’t think lgbtq should be directly associated with disabilities, since yes people can be lgbtq and disabled but being disabled doesn’t automatically make you lgbtq and vice versa

It's for neurodiversity in general, which is a spectrum. The rainbow represents how many different variations of it there are.It is because of the spectral nature of autism, same witth the spectral nature of rainbows.I mean rainbow is already being used alot so have something to differentiate them. Why not?they're completely different, so why rainbowBecause there is a large intersection between autistic people and the lgbtq+ people, the lgbtq+ club at my school and the neurodivergent club are indistinguishable. why rainbow

They are natural No support. Pretending mental disorders are natural variations in human brain function denies support to the people that need it most. It's no better than pretending they don't exist.

still mad that we didn't get ANYTHING for autism acceptance month this year, instead doing a “Wellness Month”…

I’m not mad, but just more disappointing that autism month wasn’t celebrated for whatever reason. bump

we don't need a pride or blm emoji, but we still have itIt doesn't do anything. I guess having a neurodivergency studio featured isn't enough huh. When someone joins Scratch they openly say in the CG everybody is welcome regardless of anything, included ability. Support, Scratch is for everyone regardless if you are neurodivergent or not, and adding these emojis would be good for neurodivergent people because the infinity symbol (a neurodivergent sign) is in Scratch as an emoji
Agreed, I don’t think we need these emojis
srry for necro reply
