Now I Have 15 Members.. I Suggest you To Ask Every Shop If They Had More Staff Then Before!

benefit , right? should people request it and fill a form to get it? or it just
should be for everyone that have the requirments?

That's a good suggestion, but I feel it might be a bit more convenient for everyone (shops, the secretary, and the owner) if we waited until the next activity check (around April 1) to ask everyone about their updated shop counts. In the mean time, each shop is welcome to let us know by posting in this thread. However, it's up to p!

I don't know too much about the current perk registration and redemption service that 78ch3 is offering, but based on what I could find here it seems like shops seeking to redeem your perk would have to fill out a short (and maybe unnecessary) form. On that same subject, I'd imagine 78ch3 (and the rest of the federation's leadership) would be fine with allowing perks to be redeemed without that form being filled out.

The perk that you registered appears to be some sort of advertising service which is awesome, but if you're asking if all shops that reach the perk's requirements would be able to be automatically placed in your service, that's something I feel like we need to discuss as a federation first. Maybe it could be something that is added to the next activity check, a question like, “would you like your shop to be added to the ADS page?”

SCA Updates and Notices

Hello Austinato,
I look at the partners and scrolled down to the federation partners, we have not been filled there yet. Is there a reason, or is 78ch3 going to add it later? Also the first meeting will be hosted when RSriram2010 is back from their leave. We did start in February of this year but we really are truly growing! Here is a copy of the first activity check I made, and it is up to date. Activity Check:

Hello, and welcome to the first annual activity check! You may be wondering what is and activity check, well we have activity checks to see if some of ours partners are inactive therefore removing them. To respond to this activity check you will need to go to the forum page of the SCA. I (cs4233117) will be sending a monthly if not weekly newsletter on what is going on is the SCA community. Each member can ge a different newsletter depending on how long they have been with us, but they will all get the same basic info like new members, etc. I will also have alerts that you can choose to have or not when responding to this post. We are planning on many such things like something that I may consider is a featured shop of the month, which gets a 1 month of tier membership if the don't have it already. When quoting this please snip it if you can we don't want to clutter up the forum page(s) with a bunch of quotes.

Just a heads up that from April 1st to April 15th (give or take a day) that I will be on a family trip and internet will be limited. I may not be able to access Scratch during this time, and I kindly ask that the USS team keep things in order while I am away. I am in able to access the front page at all due to the glitch I am having (I need my PC to circumvent it, and I won’t have it where I’m going).
I’m gonna ask the ST what the issue is, because it's more than irritating, for both me and the USS

Just a minor correction here. Annual refers to “once per year.” I'm pretty sure you'd want to do activity checks a bit more frequently than that.

Thanks for letting us know about your inactivity and I hope you enjoy your trip! We'll try our best to keep the USS running smoothly during your absence. The issues you're encountering with the first page of this topic seems not only frustrating but also really odd; hopefully it'll get fixed somehow soon!

Well first of all to be honest I don't check the front page as much anymore. Well I did post it here to see if you are active because once in a while not much activity here (no offense).

However, I'd consider this federation to be quite active, perhaps moderately active at the least. Although we may not have people constantly posting in this thread, there's only a few days at a time in which it's been slow. Within the past month, we've cooperated on making some notable changes to the federation (solidifying perks, starting a newsletter, and partnering with the SCA.) It's possible that it might slow down starting now, since our slew of changes to the USS have been approved and for the most part are getting sorted out.

Right now the primary issue is 78ch3's current inability to edit parts of the first page due to some apparent glitch, which will hopefully be sorted out sometime soon. Another issue that might be coming up is p not updating the activity check they initiated a few pages back.

While writing this post, I found out that (as of this post) this topic has gained roughly 12 pages/245 posts within the past month. (Which, if my math is correct, translates to roughly 8.75 posts/day, which seems a bit reasonable given we don't process orders within our own thread.)

You are right, well there could be many reasons for 78ch3's situation like an old browser and/or computer and other things which make the downfall of the “electronic revolution.” (Yes I did just make that up)

Maybe you could hire somebody to make a backup list with the shops in the USS, so 78ch3 doesn't have as much work to do with his computer issues.

I was considering doing/advocating for that, but I ultimately decided not to. I might reconsider, depending on how much longer he has issues with accessing/editing the first page.
