Day 1

Today, you will learn how to upload if you don't already. If you haven't learnt yet go to my tutorial here, and today you can also ask me any questions. I'd like you to upload 2 or 3 things using scratch (using an alt account is recommended) and post on this thread when you're done!

Day 2

Today, I'm going to put you through practise orders! I have four pictures ready, in a project. (I would send you the canva link, but Canva is blocked on this computer- arrrrgh - so I made them in BeFunky instead.) You must act as if I were a customer. So, pretend I'm not in a more senior position than you, and that I'm a customer.

At Glorious Night, we have these rules when doing the orders…
Quote the post, and say taken. If you are doing one order out of many placed in a post, snip the post.
Upload it.
Complete the order, by quoting the customer's order post and using the following code…
Hi there, (INSERT CUSTOMER USERNAME HERE), your order is complete!
[img]INSERT IMAGE LINK HERE[/img]
[code][img]INSERT IMAGE LINK HERE[/img][/code]
Please enjoy, and leave a review if you have time!
Of course, if there are more than one, repeat the code on lines 2 and 3.
Notify the customer on their profile, using the following format…
Hi there! Your order at Glorious Night is ready! You can find it here: (INSERT LINK TO POST HERE) Thanks for ordering! Please enjoy, and leave a review if you have time!
There are a few things to note…
When notifying a customer of multiple orders, please use all image links.
If you have completed multiple orders, quote ALL customer order posts (so you avoid the 60 second demon) that you did.
If someone leaves a review, if you think it is a positive one, please say ‘Thank you for the kind review!’ If you think it is a negative one say ‘We’re sorry you feel like that. We will improve on this!'
Bump the topic by saying ‘bump’ or ‘glorious bump’ and not within 24 hours, and once we're off the first page of the requests forum.
You should always use the customer's dimensions requested.
If the order is in a project, export the coustumes.

The signatures are all for fake scratchers. If they are real scratchers, then it is a coincidence.
Multiple trainees can claim an order. After all, this is training so it doesn't really matter.
