The Sapphire Shop's Review

First Impression: 8.5/10

First of all, I really like your title. It's got a nice, unique font, and I like your slogan. However, I think that adding ‘with’ between ‘and’ and ‘the’ might have it make more sense. Still, I think it's quite nice. Additionally, you have a very cool banner. I especially like the animation - it gives it a unique touch. However, I feel like maybe adding some more blues might give it more of the sapphire theme.

Unfortunately, while your posts are well organized, you don't have a lot of BB code to jazz them up. Even some simple things like adding quote boxes to your forms and putting in a little color could go a long way.

First of all, I think it looks quite nice! The image fits in well with everything around it. Also, the colors look good together. However, I feel like the background could have been blended together a little more to really achieve that ombre look I was hoping for. Also, I don't know if the font quite fits in here. Lastly, while the ratio isn't quite right for a thumbnail, it still looks fine.

Speed: 9/10

My order was taken in 10 minutes, and completed 20 minutes later. That's really good, thank you! However, the product does feel a little rushed. But still, that's very quick for a shop.

Customer Service: 10/10

The staff member who took my order made sure to notify me when it was taken, and then when it was completed. They were also very kind - thank you! As this is one of the key areas a shop should excel in, I think you've done quite well.

Staff: 9/10

First of all, I think you have a good application form! It covers all the aspects I think you should want to know about a potential employee, especially examples of work. However, you do seem to have a lot of employees for a shop that hasn't had a lot of orders come in. I might recommend not accepting more applications until more orders come in.

Productivity: 8/10

The two ways I measure this are OPP (Orders Per Page) and SI (Spam Index). With 1 order completed and 4.65 pages, your OPP score is 0.22. That's alright, but it could be better. And with 93 posts, of which 2 are spam, your SI score is 0.02. That is, I think, the lowest SI score I have ever seen. Nice job!
