Welcome to the Sapphire shop, we will do your orders quick and with the quality of sapphires, here you can order quality logos, banners, thumbnails, custom sprites,blockshades,music/sound affects and PFP's for you to use however you want!

I am the owner of the shop so I can hire/fire people (only fire if they are mean to the forum or are really inactive and have not given us a leaving note).

-If your order is said to be on the waiting list it means there is no one to do it and people are busy so please do not pester our staff about it as we will contact you when it is off of the waiting list and/ or is finished
-Workers must tell us if they will be inactive, if they do not and are not online for 1 week, we will comment on their profile to see if they are online, if that comment is not replied to within two weeks, the worker will have to be fired (if they give us a notice we will not do that and will wait patiently till they come back

BoD stands for Board of Directors and they help run the shop

Also, you might want to add some color to your first post. Your banner makes it stand out, but I don't think it's needed after that first post (AKA - remove the banner from the second post.)
