Mostly good. There are a couple of things I think we should change though:
New scratchers should not be automatically trainees. Some people might just choose not to accept the invitation, or just be active on the forums and not on projects. I think we should change that to something like if an account is less than 1 month old, they start as a trainee.
I know that the fake code word was in 1.0 too, but I think that it's just too confusing. I know that it shows they've properly read the terms, but even if they have they might still not understand. Looking at TES, they get quite a lot of people who don't see the codeword, even after rereading the terms, so I think just not making it too obvious should be fine. Also, I think we should change the codeletters, seeing as they existed in 1.0, just for a change.

Other than that, it looks fine to me!
