• We have decided to introduce an activity check system for partners. This was suggested by cubbywindowsdpc:
  

  Basically, probably a week after each Board meeting, we'd post on each semi-inactive partner shop we have, and state that the owner and a ? amount of Board members need to respond to the post to stay partnered with us, or else they get an inactivity point ('). If a partner gets 3 inactivity points (similar to employee firings), it would be removed from the partners list.

  There was some discussion over who would hold these checks, the chairman or PRO. I've decided to give the Vice Presidents the responsibility of doing this because the other positions have enough to do.
  
• We have decided on a system to reduce our UOC:
  

  1. Bump the UOC everyday. Any BoD member would be able to do this.
  2. Send our UOC to all our partners once every two weeks asking them to complete orders.
  3. Remind all staff members on their profiles to check the UOC.
  4. This is a last resort - place a ban on all orders if the UOC gets very long.

Red = high priority
Orange = medium priority
Green = low priority
