I wouldn't worry about it, it looks like she was joking and making the titles bold is pretty common - it helps with readability

Description of work: I would like a thumbnail for my animated series broken. Episode 1 should be shared on 8th september and I'm freaking out now, so basically I would like a thumbnail for it. Maybe Sambuca and Lindsay too, but not required. Yes, you can use my drawings and move them around on the screen to make an appealing thumbnail (yes, I can't do that myself cuz it looks like an ugly mess) or you can draw your own (but this would take hours so you can just use my drawings) As you can see, the thumbnail for the actual art project sucks too.

How active are you: Probably about 7-8, more on weekends - I check the shop several times a day.
Experience in other shops: I made my own shop called MP3 inc., which I've had a few orders in, and I think I've had 100% satisfaction, and I keep the UOC up to date most of the time, I work here, obviously, and I think I worked very briefly at Perfect Pearls before it closed. Oh, and I'm in Disorganised, I think.
What contributions have you made to the shop?: I've taken some orders, I've replied to all the activity checks and I've commented on Pie's profile to tell her ask her very nicely to become active again. And I've got the banner and link somewhere in my siggy.
What would some of your first actions be?: If Popsy needed any help with the UOC, and it sounds like she doesn't, I'd help her with that, then I'd set up a node.js script somewhere to tell me if the uoc hasn't been updated for more than 3 days so I could start up a temporary one and remind me to bump the uoc if it hasn't been bumped in a while, and I think that's it.
Edit: and I'd follow the BoD studio :)
Why should we pick you?: because I used lots of pretty bbcode in thisBecause I check the shop several times a day, I like working hard, I will work hard, I'll spam Pie's profile if she ever goes inactive, and everything that I said above. Also, I worked really hard on this application form :D

Secretary Stuff

Hey guys! So, as most of you know, our old Secretary, mango, resigned a couple days ago. That means it's time for a new Secretary! I definitely should've made this post earlier, but… Procrastination. Anyways…

First of all, it's time to promote our new Secretary. @popsyrabbit, our old Assistant Secretary, is now promoted to Secretary! Congrats!

Aaaaaand that means the Assistant Secretary position is now (officially) open! Any member of the shop can now apply for the position using the Board of Directors application form on the front page. I know that some of you have already applied, so you don't have to repost your application - I'll go through the last couple of pages and make sure I have all of yours counted!

Applications will close on September 9th at 11:59 p.m. PST. But if you post your application just a little bit late, I'll probably still count it. ;)

Edit: I have applications from andyman11, FollowCherryBlossom, PndaGmr978, AbigailMoore, and Pufferfish_Test. (I didn't count bigsistersavann1801 or JC20092009 because savann isn't a member of the shop and JC was just fired at the end of the last activity check.) Please tell me if I missed n application!

Experience in other shops: very experienced, I used to be a devoted forum user a couple years back, had experience with many shop situations, saw the come and go of many shops and users.
What contributions have you made to the shop?: I’ve completed a few orders well before the deadline. I’ve also invited the shop to the SSRAF to help TES improve and gain more customers and support, although you are yet to join. I’ve remained with the shop while pie was inactive and tried to find ways to help the shop throughout my time of being a staff member.
What would some of your first actions be?: Definitely go through the staff list and determine whether or not they are active, then assign workers orders from the UOC, take whatever orders I can do, and help any workers in need.
Why should we pick you?: I’m an active forum user with years of work in the forum and have been through many experiences with federations, shops, partnership troubles, individual users trying to get shops shut down, the loss of many scratch users and significant shops, as well as being a great bitmap art person. I also run the SSRAF, in need of staff, and The Parking Meter Shop, also desperately in need of help (i should probably bump them)
