Our Staff

Board of Directors
1.President: (Has total control, selects board members etc.) xxHam_Sandwichxx

2. Vice-President: (Lots of control, can make small shop changes, takes place of President when he/she is absent, can hire and fire members, can make announcements, etc.) OPEN

3. Chairman: (Organizes Board of Directors votes and meetings. These meetings take place monthly. Has casting vote in the event of a tie, can call activity checks) OPEN

4. Vice-Chairman: (Helps Chairman and takes their place when absent, can call activity checks) OPEN

5. Secretary: (Makes a list of claimed & unclaimed orders, bumps topic, makes sure orders are done on time and reminds people to do orders) OPEN

6. Assistant Secretary: (Helps secretary and fills in for them when absent, bumps topic, checks with customers regularly to see if they still need their orders.) OPEN

7. Public Relations Officer: (Negotiates and reviews partnerships with other shops, joins and reviews shop directories and shop web, advertises shop, devises advertising strategy for the shop, acts as spokesperson for the shop to external shops and users, generally helps out with anything involving other shops and/or people or groups outside of this shop) OPEN

8. Human Resources Manager: (Hires and fires members, resolves disputes between members, communicating with employees (updating them on their profile about major shop events and their job performance/activity), manages the staff points system) OPEN

NOTE: you cannot apply to be a BoD member. I will appoint those who I know will do it well and the rest of the spots will be filled via an election.
