The first thing is how often will you update the 2.0 website to match the 1.4 website, and when the 2.0 website is finished, will you make the 1.4 downloaded editor upload them straight to the 2.0 website? Also, when are you going to add the bitmap paint editor to Scratch 2.0? The other question I have is will 2.0 allow you to run programs on mobile devices such as a smartphone or 3ds? Because I am planning on making an AR (augmented reality) game where you shoot aliens with your webcam.

No, the beta site will not be updated to match the 1.4 site.
I don't know what the 1.4 editor will do when 2.0 is out.
The bitmap editor will be here in 1-2 weeks.
The website might be able to work on mobile devices, but only if they have Flash Player. I don't think many mobile devices have the Flash Player.
