Section 1: The Employees
1.1: Employee Leave
1.1.1: Employees are entitled to 12 Leaves with Pay and 5 Leaves without Pay per year.
1.1.2: Employees who need more leaves are to contact the Board of Directors.
1.1.3: Employees who are found violating this rule shall be Suspended Without Pay. (See Disciplinary Actions)
1.1.3.1: Employees may appeal this by contacting the Board of Directors.
1.2: Employee Rights
1.2.1: Employees have the right to deny service when deemed necessary. Instances of being necessary include the customer being banned, having another order being processed, being a duplicate order, or impossible orders.
1.2.2: Employees have the right to resign.
1.2.3: Employees have the right to protest against the shop or any other affiliate shops (go on strike) with appropriate reasoning. Appropriate behavior for going on strike include salaries, unfair treatment, and corruptness. If the reasoning is deemed inappropriate for a strike by the Board of Directors, the employees part of the strike will face Disciplinary Action.

Section 2: The Customers
2.1: Customer Rights
2.1.1: Customers have the right to place an order at any given time, but only one at a time.
2.1.2: Customers have the right to audit an employee of any choice for only the following reasons: Suspicion of Corruption, Suspicion of Intentional “Bad-Quality” Service, and Rude Behavior.
2.2: Customer Regulations
2.2.1: Customers must have a real order. Real orders include “can you please give me an idea for a project involving Star Wars?” or “Can you please rate my animation project?” Non-real orders include “yo yo yo yo yo my project the best” and “I need ideas NOW.”
2.2.2: Customers can only have one order at a time.
2.2.3: Customers cannot advertise their projects and/or their shops in this shop. However, if the customer's signature has a advertisement, it is exempt to this rule.
2.3: Disciplinary Action
2.3.1: Customers in minor violation of The Law of The BrainRates Shop will be not allowed to have an order from that moment to the end of the next full day. Minor violations include advertising their projects and/or shops or having an unintentional rude joke.
2.3.2: Customers in major violation of The Law of The BrainRates Shop will be banned.

Section 3: Voting
3.1: Elections
3.1.1: The people to be voted for in elections are General Manager, Co-Manager, and The Board Members.
3.1.2: These elections are to occur at the minimum one year apart, and at the maximum two years apart.
3.1.3: Elections will typically occur every year and a half, but will occur later if popular demand, or later if no demand.
3.1.4: There must be at the minimum 14 candidates and at the maximum 28 candidates.
3.2: Candidates
3.2.1: You must be an eligible candidate in order to run for a spot as a Board Member.
3.2.2: In order to become an eligible candidate, you must answer yes to at least one of these options: You are a current Board Member, you have run for the board before, or you currently work a lower position in The BrainRates Shop. If you want to run but you haven't said yes to any of these options, you must fill out a eligible candidate form which will be approved by any corporate employee. NOTE: Current Board Members can run for Senior Board Member.
3.2.3: All candidates must speak fluent English and know how to write a 4-6 sentence paragraph.
3.3: Voters
3.3.1: The only people allowed to vote are BrainRate Shop employees (below corporate level), loyalty members, and registered voters.
3.3.2: In order to become a registered voter, you must fill out the register voter form in the form section of the shop. You will either be approved or denied voting rights.
3.4: How To Vote
3.4.1: There will be a voting topic in the requests fourm. This topic will not be regularly used or updated unless an election is occuring.
3.4.2: On this topic there will be a list of the candidates and on the day of the election the votes will be counted up by the owner.
3.4.3: Those only eligible to vote will be allowed to use this topic.
3.5: The Outcome
3.5.1: The candidate who has the most votes becomes Senior Board Member. The six runner-ups become Board Members. NOTE: If another candidate who is currently on the board wins as a runner-up, they assume the office of Senior Board Member and would-be Senior Board Member becomes a Board Member. If two or more current board member(s) were running for Senior Board Member, the one who was working longer for The BrainRates Shop becomes Senior Board Member, the other board member(s) will resume their current roles and the other candidates will not gain a role.
3.5.2: These winners become official members of the board two weeks after the election. The current board members will leave their office two weeks after the election.
