What does the paint a shape tool in the paint editor do? Doesn't seem to do anything atm, but what will is it supposed to do?

I think this tool needs a new name. It is like a fill bucket.

If you draw a circle, square, or other connected shape you can use it to fill it in, and also to color lines.
