Quote system not working

My browser/operating system: Windows 8.1, Chrome 57.0.2987.133, Flash 25.0 (release 0)

So, when I quote something somebody says, it doesn't work as it should. For example, when it should say this:

Anyone seen the new Beauty and the Beast?
No. I want to see it though!

Neither have I. Was it good?

(I made up these usernames. If one of these is your username, there is no offence to you at all.)
As you can see, it get's rid of the first person's username completely!

If you would like to see some real-life examples, go here.

I know this isn't just me, as I saw -rose-ice-'s post that did the same thing.

I don't know what's causing it, but I hope you can sort this out.
