My thumbnails for projects work (on my profile) but my icon is stuck on one frame. Anyone know how to fix this? I tried a few of your suggestions but they didn't work for me.

Hi. My browser / operating system: Windows 7, Chrome 57.0.2987.133, Flash 25.0 (release 0).

i have this problem, so i went here to get it fixed.

I tried clearing my browser history, nothing happens.
I tried hitting ctrl f5, still, nothing happens.

Help?
