That would probably come out looking messy. I could make them myself on Inkscape, that might be the best bet.

It does 100 frames per second is lots of detail but would take lots of time. Also if lagging it wouldn't look like it skipped costumes. Each frames would probably like 1 pixel difference. 24 frames per second is for simple animation but if it lag it could skip some costumes. It doesn't require much detail (maybe like 10-20 pixels difference per frame) 60 frames per seconds is what gaming industries use to animate.

Yes, I would love to! Although I am working with a few other people on a different project (It is on Youtube and has to do with Warrior Cats which is a book), as an animator, so I would like something small, I'll have to look at the roles/jobs again.

What would I change? Hmm, there's a whole bunch of technical things I'd like to see improved in the scratch editor, but no big deals. Personally I'd very much appreciate a more advanced message page/system. I get a lot of messages and have can't keep track of conversations or even which messages I've read. I'd like them not to be marked as auto read until I've actually seen them. I'd like to be able to view all messages from a specific person for example, and search comments, etc… but even just being able to expand and see all the full comments rather than the first few words would be awesome (without going away from the message page).

Right now I just finished Scratchnapped Coin Dash which came about due to the Platformer tutorials I'd been writing on my @griffpatch_tutor account. I want to make a tutorial on scrolling games now and a few other things, but that all takes time as all scratchers know! There's never enough time to do everything you want to do

I started to play with ideas for a multiplayer 2d space shooter, but also want to revisit scratcharia to try to find a way to reduce the griefing/bullying that seems to plague that sort of open sandbox game . I'd love to have a solution that doesn't spoil things for the people who just enjoy playing the game nicely!

As for being the most popular scratcher, gosh… I don't often think about it that way! I'm honored that so many Scratchers want to see and play my projects… That's what drives me to keep making new things - I love programming, and I love to share stuff with like minded people. I also love to be able to encourage and inspire those who are at the start of their programming journey - I was there once and its great to see!
