List of duplicates of the 3.0 outage topic

After the outage of all of the 3.0 pages a few days ago, many people made duplicates of the first topic linked below, with no regard to the OG, even though it's stickied. So, I'm making a list of all the duplicates that anyone finds so that the moderators can do whatever they need, and we aren't flooding the report queue saying “this is a duplicate”.

Haha! I've successfully made a basic forum scraper for this topic. You give it URLs, and it automatically scrapes the title, author, and whether the topic is still open! Now I don't have to check each open topic to see if it has since been closed!
and it automatically copies the whole post and replaces the list and stuff…so I literally run, edit, paste.
