The top btu

I don't know if this is intentional but some pages in the scratch website have a different button panel on the top than other pages like the page i used to write this.

it's not a bug, it's that Scratch is currently transitioning to 3.0, and the 3.0 pages (front page, create, explore) have a new ui than 2.0 (forums, profile, mystuff)
