Hex/RGB Codes In Costume Editor

There should be an option when changing colours in the costume editor to input a hex or RGB code.

scratch uses HSV, just renamed hue to color, and so you can convert it
however I support, as this would be plenty easier for artists

(Not trying to sound negative in any way and struggling, so Imma just put this here) You still can't set an exact value though unless you want to adjust each excruciatingly precise slider. It'd be so much better if there was just a typing box.
