New Block: "Remove letter ( ) of ( )"

A block like the pre-existing block:

(letter () of [world])

but it's the whole word except the letter number you choose. Like this:

(delete letter () of [world] :: operators)

For example, if you chose to delete letter number 2 of “world”, It'd report “wrld”.

One use case I've encountered is when trying to make a custom timer in minutes and seconds, I did this for the minutes:

(([floor v] of ((timer) / (60))) / (100))

To report “0.(minutes)”, but I don't want the “0.”
