This is not true. I can run 1.4 2.0 and 3.0 fine. Yes, but for people who have newer computers can't download or use Scratch 2.0 or 1.4. Like I can't even download 2.0

Years on internet: 16 (very close to 16)
medians: Oh god not this utc - 12 thing again..
Fun_Cupcake_i81: What, were you expecting not to see the utc - 12 thing again? THE UTC - 12 THIGN ALWAYS RETURNS. ALWAYS.
medians: I knew it would happen. I was the one who started it last year.
Fun_Cupcake_i81: Well then if you didn't want it back maybe you need to time travel to last year and fix that
Oh wait if you could time travel I think we all know exactly when you would go-
user1: That picture is from 2.0. Now he’s at my house and is my pet.
user2: But this is medians we're talking about, so “from 2.0” can mean the same thing as “from five seconds ago”.

The offline editor uses Adobe Air, which still exists but was sold to Harman Technologies from Adobe.I heard it only I knowsupported flash so the picoboards need to be updated to JavaScript or HTML5 in order to bring them back.
Whatever this isn't about scratch 2.0 this is about picoboards. It would just nicer if people who had them could use them in 3.0
You are right, the online one used flash.
Let's revive @cheddargirl's signature!

hello, please don't spam about unrelated things!
I think I already understand that the pico board wouldn't support it without Adobe Flash. Thank you!
