Copy all the nonsense looking bits after the ‘base64,’ into a site like this to convert the base64 to an image, if it looks blurry, that's just the preview and it'll look fine whan you download (although because it's an assets image it will have been grown to 30x30)

Code tags ([code]base64image[/code]) would help a lot, yes. Last time I tried to copy it into the address bar, it didn't work. Probably because it was hard to copy.

However, there are a couple I'm not so sure about.

The ice cream emoji was already submitted a few months ago and is currently on the waitlist.

It's a similar situation with the Antarctica flag—it already exists in Forumoji, and its design is consistent with most other emoji sets.
That's not to say we couldn't adopt the True South flag, though. It certainly has credibility of its own.
