It is just a preferred worker, you can message them and either work together on one banner or make it yourself. Hydro may not be interested/may not take it.

Anyone can take it, but I chose @hydrofungus bc I liked their work on the Japanese Food Appreciation Group banner I requested 1-2 months ago. If they do not want to take it, certainly anyone can.
