Q: How does VIP work? A: To become a VIP, you must meet our goals at least twice a month. Then you must
continue to meet them, from there you can request something other than artwork.
Q: What are the goals? A: For customers, making 3 requests a month.
For both, helping others find/figure things out.
For staff, accepting somebody's request 2 times a month and answering questions.

I'm going to add a strike system for collabs, so if you are banned there, you get a strike. Then if you get three strikes then you get banned for that reason.
