Any other notes/comments: Point deduction for shop rating due to the layout of the OP's on the first page. The colors are all either very similar or unchanged. I reccommend adding some warmer colors to the shop color scheme to make it seem a little more balanced, like maybe a shade of yellow. It was slightly difficult for me to find which form I was looking for. I'm also dyslexic and I have to keep in mind not everyone is the same as me. Thats why I kept the score relatively high.

Another reason the score is decent is because of the work-before-chat layout I noticed you guys have, as well as mostly business. I like this about the shop.

I look forward to shopping here again.

Tips: When it comes to orders, they are done exceptionally well and quite quick. I was, to be completely honest, quite surprised. I think the only improvements could be to make the finished art products a little more flashy. Staff also seem to be pretty nice. Most staff seem active, however the staff section appears incomplete and inaccurate, which is why points have been deducted. Where the shop really needs improving is with the front page. Put simply, it's quite messy, cluttered and hard to read. The consistent purple colour with no contrast makes it hard to distinquish between certain sections. Some important info is very hard to understand. The styling also seems to be impractical and doesn't help anyone. Here are my general suggestions:

>>> Reorganise sections of the page. Put the important things up top, and the less necessary things down the bottom.
>>> Use a variety of colours such as bright pink and blue to distinguish between sections.
>>> Use some small banners as decoration, and possibly as signage.
>>> Alternatively, you can split sections of the FP into separate posts. You have some posts just below OP, report other people's posts between them to be removed (if you explain it properly in the report, they will not be punished). I recommend having orders in the OP, staff in the next, followed by the T&C, partners and finally extra stuff.
