Also, I know someone named TheBiggesterHat.He works for my shop. and he is quite the coder! I notice that we are lacking coders, so i'll contact him, and if he wants, he'll send an employee form here. Chances are, he'll be part of the team by the end of the weekend!

Basically it's not actual art made by the person themself. It's made by an AI (Artificial Intelligence) using a website. The person types in whatever prompt they want on the website and the AI will generate the image for them by using visual structure, style, text labels, etc.
