Tips:

Product quality is not that amazing and as expected. The colour scheme prefered is not present neither it looks appealing to me. You gave 2 examples but both were pretty much similar. Maybe make different types of it as options.

Speed is good.

Staff is kind but the overall look can be better if they behave a bit more formal.

It seems like the shop does not have much activity. Making the staff involved in some sort of activities, competitions or regular activity checks is an idea to solve it.

Styling is nice but cluttered. Making it easy to navigate back and forth and use of spaces to separate things would be better.

And about the formal bit: I do not think being more formal will make much difference, we are pretty formal (at least as formal as needed), and most formal posts or shops I see are less kind, or the formal posts are less kind. Furthermore, it makes us sound kind of like businessmen or robots. And I'm pretty sure everyone here does Scratch for FUN.

I would like forest green, Emerald green, Hunter green shop banner, along with that color scheme for the bump as well.
The Shop banner should include a pen, as well a typewriter, the typewriter on the right side, the pen on the left, the words “The Writing Shop” should be in the middle, colored Hunter Green, the full shop banner should be Forest green with splotches of Emerald green on the shop banner,. The bump banner should include these words; Bump, colored Hunter green, and towards the bottom should be these words; “To communicate with others, we write, talk, text or read.” these words should span across the starting left point of the bump banner to the right if these words are that long. There should also be a scroll on the bump banner, the colors are the same as the regular banner. Hopefully this is specific enough for you to do work!
