Review from Down to Earth Reviews ☘️

First Impression - 7/10
The shop has a short title that doesn’t say too much about what the shop does, maybe you could add a slogan, or say a bit about what you sell. The banner is mediocre (no offense to RandomCocconut!) and could be a bit better. It’s still nice to look at and fits the theme of your shop though. Some of the text is a little hard to read because of the colour, but I like the coloured text as it makes it more interesting to look at. It’s all on one post, which makes navigation slightly harder, but it can work with just one front page post.

Overall Look - 7.5/10
You don’t have too much BBCode, which can work, but I think it would look a lot more attractive if you added some more quotes to organise things, or kept a colour theme throughout the shop. Some emojis as well could potentially work. The packages idea is nice, but I don’t think it’s recommended to ‘pay’ people with likes and follows on scratch. To make your shop more attractive, I’d say make the title longer, add more emojis (but don’t overdo it) and add more BBCode to make it easier to organise all the info.

Customer Service - 9.5/10
There was no ‘taken’ or ‘claimed’ notification on the forums, but I was notified that it has been taken on my profile, which I kind of like. My recommendation would be to post it on the forum and on the customer’s profile, but I like how you made it clear that my order was taken. I was also notified when it was completed, and there were no complications at all. Customer service here is really nice, and it was completed really quickly as well!

Order Quality - 10/10
My order was completed really nicely, and if I needed an aesthetic bio made I would definitely come here! I don’t know about your other products, but I will see in ~1 week when I do your follow-up review!

Overall, I think you could improve on the look of your shop, with a bit more BBCode, making the colours less light so they are easier to read, and a longer/more eye-catching title. Order quality and customer service were excellent, so I would definitely come back if I needed anything!
