This shop was very short-lived (like Cherry Blossom Banners), because it came to be too much work and it turned out I didn’t have the motivation to write reviews for shops all the time. Genuine, Honest Shop Reviews
Hey everyone, welcome to my newest shop, Down to Earth Reviews! Here, you can get a personalised and honest review for your shop, detailing what you’re doing well, and what I think could be improved to make customers more likely to want to order, or just to have a good quality shop in general!
Some of you may recognise me from Cherry Blossom Banners a little while ago, so hi if you ordered from there! I’ve also been hanging around the requests forum on different accounts for about two years on and off, so I think it’s pretty safe to say that I know what I’m talking about when it comes to shops. You can trust me to give you an accurate review that will help you to improve your shop. Please consider ordering, as there’s little things to improve about every shop (even this one!) that can give it that appeal to customers.

☀️ What we Offer ☀️
because we don’t only offer reviews!
There are two different levels of products/services that we offer, Base Level and Plus Level:

Base Level:
• Basic review + follow-up - Containing first impression, overall appearance, customer service, order quality and overall. After 1 week, you can request a follow-up review if you want. You don’t need to have a follow-up, but I’d recommend it if I said there was a lot of things which could be improved.
• Monthly basic review - Basic review but I will review you once every month. I will try my best to make sure it is as close to exactly 1 month as possible! You can cancel it at any time you want.
• x1 Banner* - If you don’t have a banner, or would like a new one after your review, then I can make you one if you’d like.
• x1 BBCode template* - If you aren’t very good at BBCode, or you want to get an idea of shop BBCode, then I can make you a template for one post.

Plus Level:
Please note that to order any of these products, your shop will need to be a partner. More information below.
• In-depth review + follow-up - Containing first impression, title & banner quality, BBCode quality, post content, overall look, customer service, order quality, other, and overall. After 2 weeks, you can request a follow-up review if you’d like to. You don’t need to have a follow-up, but I’d recommend it if I said there was a lot of things which you could improve.
• Monthly in-depth review - an in-depth review but I will review you once per month. I will try to make it as close to exactly one month as possible! You can cancel it at any time you want.
• Unlimited Banners* - If you don’t have any banners, or would like some new ones, then I can make you as many banners as you like. Please note that if you want a lot of banners it may take a while for me to make all of them. You could use multiple banners for post headers, for example an orders post header banner, a staff post header banner, etc. I wouldn’t recommend this for every shop, but sometimes it can add a nice touch.
• Unlimited BBCode templates* - If you aren’t very good at BBCode, or you want to freshen up your shop’s look but you don’t know how, then I’ll be able to make you a BBCode template for as many posts as you like. Please note that if you want a lot of BBCode done, then it may take a while.
• Advertising* - If your shop is not very popular and you would like to start getting orders or staff, then I can advertise it for you for a maximum of one month.

Important: Please note that if a product is marked with an asterisk (*) then that means you can only order it once you’ve had a review from this shop.

Partnership with us offers a few perks!
Anyone can order a base level product, but if you like the sound of a plus level product, then you’ll need to have your shop become partners with us. The perks you get from being a partner are access to all partner level products, and the ability to transfer banner, thumbnail and logo orders over to this shop. The only thing that we ask of you is to add us on to your shop’s partner section. We’d love it if you could become a partner, so please consider it if you’d like the perks from us.

☀️ Terms ☀️
Please stick to these terms to have the best experience possible!

Ordering
1.1 - If you use any banners or BBCode from this shop, then you must give appropriate credit.
1.2 - I’ll get your orders done as soon as possible - remember that I have a life outside of scratch and I can’t always get things done exactly when you want them. Feel free to politely remind me if it’s been a while and you think I’ve forgotten.
1.3 - You must have the permission of the owner of your shop before ordering a review or follow-up.
1.4 - I will be honest in your review, so please don’t take anything I say personally, and I don’t mean to come across rudely!
1.5 - I’ll need to order from your shop to review it, so please treat me like a normal customer. I might use a different account to get a more authentic customer experience, but please do not treat me any differently than you would a normal customer.
1.6 - To show you’ve read these, put the word ‘house’ in the ‘anything else’ section of your order form. You don’t need to do this when requesting a follow-up.
1.7 - You don’t have to order a banner or BBCode template from here after your review, you can always get another shop to do it, or do it yourself. You don’t even need to change anything if you don’t want to, the reviews are only recommendations for how to make your shop better.
1.8 - Follow the rules of the products section, so please don’t try and order a plus level product when you’re not a partner, and please only order a banner or BBCode after you’ve had a review.

Partnering
2.1 - When we’re partners, you must add this shop to your shop’s partners section, or somewhere on the front page of your topic.
2.2 - If your shop seems inactive, I’ll do an activity check by posting on your topic. To pass, at least 3 staff members and the owner must reply to it. If you have 3 or less staff, then all of your staff, including you, must respond. If your shop fails, then I’ll remove it from the partners list. You can re-apply once you’re more active if you want.
2.3 - You can transfer any orders that you can’t do to us. Please note that the only orders I’m capable of doing are design orders, so banners, thumbnails, logos and profile pictures that don’t require drawing.
2.4 - In the ‘anything else’ section of your partnership form, please include the word ‘draw’ to show that you’ve read this.
2.5 - You’ll need permission from your shop’s owner in order to partner. If you don’t have the permission, then unfortunately I can’t accept until you have permission.
