First Impression - 8.5/10
You have a nicely organised shop, a friendly sounding description and an eye catching title. I’d order from here if I needed anything, and a good quality banner and title add to that. Slightly messy-looking to me, but of course that’s subjective.

Title & Banner Quality - 9.5/10
Your title is nice and eye catching because of the emojis, and with a nice pun in there, adding to the character of your shop. I like how you’ve added your 10/10 reviews in there, which gives you credibility and makes customers more likely to trust you to make them a good product. You could potentially change the emojis in the title since they’re used quite often, but there are so few relevant emojis that scratch allows so that would be kind of difficult.
I really like your banner, I think it’s well made, streamlined and clean looking. It’s good quality, which makes a strong first impression for customers. One suggestion which I could make is to make the banner more relevant to the theme/name of your shop, since I find it slightly odd that there’s electrical circuits in the background but it’s called the potato shop. I still think it’s an excellent banner and very pleasing to look at.

BBCode Quality - 8.5/10
Your posts are very nicely organised and easy to read, so it is easier for customers to find the relevant information. I like how you’ve coloured some of your text to add interest, and the navigation bar is a nice touch. I think you could possibly add a bit more colour to some of your text, for example the employee name list or the titles of sections in the terms section, but that’s not a big issue. Also, I find the amount of quotes you’ve used to look a bit messy, but that’s subjective.

Post Content - 10/10
Your posts contain all of the relevant information for a shop, and your description advertises your services perfectly. I like how you’ve out the reviews right under the introduction so you can see them straight away. Your terms could be on a separate post so you can lick to it and it’s easier to see, but it works where it is. Your terms aren’t too strict or intimidating, and they are laid out nicely. You have all your forms on a post of their own, which can work, but I would personally put the relevant forms under the relevant parts, for example the employee form under the post about employees, but I think your layout also works. You’ve got useful info about every employee, so you know when they might be active (time zones) and which orders they can do. I like how you’ve added space for people to advertise their stuff, I think that’ll make people like your shop more. Overall, you have nice information in your posts.

Overall Look - 9.5/10
Your shop is very nice to look at and very attractive, with all the relevant information in your posts, and nicely laid out. I also like that fact you have a bump banner. Overall, your shop looks really nice, but there are some things I would do differently.

Customer Service - 10/10
My order was taken really quickly and with zero complications. I was notified when it was done and it all went smoothly. I would definitely say your customer service is amazing! (It was only once, but i’m sure your other staff are amazing too)

Order Quality - 10/10
The order was very well-made, and reflected my specifications nicely. I would definitely order from here again if I needed anything. The only thing I would say is that when a banner, thumbnail or pfp is finished, maybe instead of putting it in a project, whoever completed the order could use an image host to post it on the forums. It’s easier to save that way, and scratch doesn’t ruin the quality of it. Although, it’s not always possible to use an image host, and sometimes they’re blocked for some people.

It’s a really nice shop with great customer service and order quality. Great banner, great products and great layout. I have a few recommendations, to maybe tidy up your quotes, use an image host and potentially change your banner. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good shop.
