Scratch operating system that can run on real hardware

OS Source/ISO (actually source is better) ?

Great proof of concept. If you wish to make this easier with less limitations, try FishlessBoot which supports SB3 to ISO and VDI with easy Wi-Fi setup.
when i searched up FishlessBoot, i found nothing.

Yeah link for fishless boot please.

Also does this just do something in the startup file that makes it open chrome with a pre installed html file of the OS as soon as it boots up?

Maybe running Scratch itself in the machine, AND maybe adding new blocks so the machine registers (or whatever the CPU does lol) can be set?

Could you make one out of project 87824979. And gimme the download on GitHub or something?
Sure, I could try sometime. As for a download, it would be in the form of a virtual hard disk image (.vdi I think) not source code, so I would use Mediafire or something instead of Github.

Why do you want to hide the source code???

What source code? The Scratch project is already public and the OS would be configured from a prebuilt live install.

What are you even talking about?
You do realize that you can just take a virtual disk image and examine the filesystem all you want, right? There's your “source code.”

op doesn't want a virtual disk image. He/she wants an iso.

It's pretty easy to convert a VDI to an image file. https://superuser.com/questions/1721151/from-virtualbox-vm-vdi-file-to-a-usb-bootable-iso-image
